Stop performing. Start leading as yourself.
Executive Coaching and Leadership Advisory in Vienna
Space to think. Clarity to act. Agency to choose.
You can be highly successful and still feel something isn't quite right.
The decisions are getting heavier. The role has outgrown the way you're leading it. The instinct and conviction you once led with feel further away.
The challenge is rarely a lack of capability, it's the exhaustion of sustained adaptation.
Over time, leadership gets shaped by what the role expects and what success is supposed to look like. You learn to lead from expectation instead of instinct, and the demands of the role start crowding out your own thinking.
You're still delivering. But the sharpness, the conviction, the sense of choosing your own direction is getting harder to access.
This work isn't about adding more tools. It's about making visible the strategies that once helped you succeed but are now creating friction.
As those patterns loosen, decisions sharpen again. Your presence becomes more grounded, more deliberate, more clearly yours.
You stop performing the role and start leading it.
The leader you need to be was there all along.
The Work
Most leadership development focuses on tactics and frameworks to apply. My work draws on deep leadership experience to map the strategies that shape how you lead under pressure.
Beneath every leader's performance is a set of strategies that developed for good reason — holding everything together, meeting every expectation, carrying the weight alone. These felt like the very things that made you successful.
But strategies that once served you can begin to constrain you. When leadership is built mainly on adaptation, your thinking space, your decision-making authority, and your sense of genuine conviction quietly erode.
This work makes those patterns visible, not to critique them, but to give you a choice about them.
Once they loosen, you recover the space to lead from strength rather than pressure. You stop performing the role and start inhabiting it. Decisions that once felt heavy come from a clearer place.
Who this is for?
This tends to resonate with leaders performing well by every external measure, but privately sensing that clarity, conviction, or direction has gotten harder to access. Often they're navigating a transition, a role that's outgrown its original shape, or a moment where the strategies that got them here aren't quite enough.
Sometimes they're the steady hand everyone relies on and what they need most is a confidential space to think clearly about their next move.
Why work with me?
A different perspective
Many leadership advisors come from coaching.
Many consultants come from business.
My work sits at the intersection of both.
Over the last 25 years I've led organisations, transformed businesses, built teams, and carried executive responsibility across government, consulting, and global luxury brands. Alongside that experience, I've trained extensively in human development, leadership, and coaching.
This allows me to work with both the organisational challenges leaders face and the behavioural patterns that shape how they respond to them. Because leadership performance is rarely just a structural problem, it is also a human one.
